The wooden image of the dead Christ found by the fishermen off the coast of Sitio Landayan well before the erection of the parish and the 1836 bell. The original image, which is said to be miraculous, is now enshrined in the main retablo of the church and can be accessed for veneration via the veneration chapel behind the sanctuary.
The processional image of Lolo Uweng used for parochial visits, processions, and other parish and shrine activities. This copy of the original image is located near the confessionals and is transferred to the Via Crucis Meditation Garden on Fridays for public veneration.
The Patron Saint of Barangay Landayan, this pre-war image of Saint Michael the Archangel is permanently enshrined on the left side of the sanctuary, where it is venerated, especially during the Feast of the Archangels every September 29th.
A piece of stone brought from the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem, the site of Jesus Christ's tomb, where he was buried and later resurrected. This relic was brought to the shrine in 2018 and is currently located at the veneration chapel beside the original image of Lolo Uweng.
Brought to the shrine in October 2006, these relics resemble the nails and the crown of thorns used in the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Also included are olive leaves from the garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed on the night of his arrest.
Underneath the altar of the church are the relics of three martyred saints: two of them are ex ossibus, or "from the bone," and one is ex corpore, or "from the body." These are from the bone of Saint Clement I, a late 1st century pope and one of the Apostolic Fathers, Saint Charles Lwanga, a convert who with his companions was martyred in the 19th century, and the flesh of Saint Maria Goretti, a young Italian saint martyred at the age of 11 years old.
